This fruitcake is packed with candied fruits and nuts with just enough flour, sugar, and eggs to bind the main ingredients together. After emerging from the oven, each cake is doused with brandy, a process which is repeated several additional times to produce the perfect fruitcake!

Fruitcakes can be ordered year-round, but if ordering for the Christmas holiday season, it is advisable to place an order by November 15th.
